Divine Meadows, Noida

This project is located in sector 108, Noida along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and developed  by Divine Meadows. I have never heard of this company before so I am assuming its their first ever project.

They are giving various options when it comes to floorplan.(980-1655 sq ft area). Here are few points which I would like to mention about this project according to my view:

  • Location wise very good. Right along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
  • Few schools also nearby like Mayur School etc.
  • Good connectivity with Delhi but only if you have your own vehicle. Forget about public transportation here.
  • The builder is providing these flats at the rate of Rs. 3300 per sq ft and he claims it to be very Affordable.
  • In few layouts, kitchen is right in front of the Toilet. Not compliant with Vastu .
  • All rooms look decent enough in size. But one thing which one should not ignore is that in many rooms wardrobes are also included within the size mentioned. So, actual room size after wardrobe construction will be very less.
  • Specifications wise doesnt look very attractive. All rooms have vitrified tiles flooring.Marble or wooden flooring in some would have been better.
  • No woodwork provided in any of the rooms and kitchen. So, add this cost in your budget as well.
  • Carpet to Super Area ratio not very good.
  • Miscellaneous costs are really high.

  1. I have purchased a flat in Divine medows and realized that construction is very slow if you compare with #C which was launched at same time .3 C builder has almost stood five floors where as Divine has just statrted pilling

    IOt willl be distarius if the project is not completed.I would be quitting in next five months if progress is slow

Me too facing the same problem, along with the rude and arrogant marketing managers, Vikas Gulati and some south Indian chap. first some how tried to ensure the down payment is made, now they are not releasing the check for no EMI till possess scheme. Asking for the 257000 rupees as the interest. Even though they had not issued ant demand letter, schedule of payment like thing.
    please no body buy it.

  5. I have heard that there construction has been stopped by court. do they have some legal issues ? Does anybody have any clue????

  6. Hi All, Has anyone been to the site, The construction has started but its moving at a snails pace. These do not seem good signs... After one year they have just come upto 1st floor and that too for 2 towers only. I dont think they will be able to deliver even 1 year later than their commitment. I think its the need of the time that we should get together and go to their office and ask them about their plan and schedule. We have given our hard earned money and we should not risk it... They have plans of another project adjacent to the current one but seeing the status of the current project, seems they dont have funds, or they are inexperienced that they are not putting adequate amount of labour. Look at other builders like 3C and omaxe and supertech, eldeco etc they have got 20 storey towers ready and they all started in the same time frame. I am not trying to defame anyone but we shouldtake a step at the right time rather than regreting it later..

The promoter Mr Sharma is loosing all good people in his team because of his arrogance...The promoter has diverted all the money in the adjecent plot that he purchased to launch DM-II...They have a huge crash crunch despite more than 120 flats of 400 were sold on down payment scheme. They have to pay almost 30 lacs per month as a result of No EMI till posession.DM is in a complete mess! Guys...lets please get together and put some pressure on this Sharma guy who seems to be putting all the hard earned money at stake!

  8. i am an investor and i feel there is something amiss. i have asked them for list of all owners which they refused.i think all of us must act fast or our risk our money . i have been asking tough questions and it seems they have been less than truthful in replying
